7 Signs You May Have HIV Without Even Knowing!

Many people do not go through an HIV test regularly, simply because they are confident enough that they don’t have it or probably it is the fear of knowing that stops them. The best way to know is still to get tested because in some cases the symptoms of HIV don’t appear for years. But these 7 signs provided by experts will guide you to know if you may have it or not.

1. High Fever!

One of the very first signs of HIV is fever, it can be mild or go up to 102 degrees. In case you are experiencing fever, you should also give attention if you are experiencing other side effects such as swelling of the lymph organs, weakness or sore throat. This may be an indication and you need to get tested right now.

2. Fatigue

If you are feeling constantly tired then this may be a result of your overwhelmed immune system. Fatigue can be an early sign of HIV, although you still need to get checked to be sure about it.

3. Skin Rash

Skin rashes are considered as both early and late signs of HIV/AIDS. If you are experiencing Skin rashes without any infection, you should go and see a doctor as soon as possible!

4. Nausea, Vomiting And Diarrhea

The doctors state that around 30% to 60% people who have HIV experience short-term nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, if you are experiencing any of these symptoms more than usual, you should get a test done.

5. Menstrual Irregularities

If you are having irregular periods or lighter periods regularly it could be an early sign of HIV as you experience an early menopause if you have it :- 47 to 48 years for infected women and 49 to 51 years for uninfected women.

6. Weight Reduction

Weight reduction is a sign of HIV where it can vary between a minor weight loss to extreme weight reduction. If lately you have started to lose weight without any reason and feeling weak, get yourself checked.

7. Night Sweat

50% people who suffer from HIV get night sweats in the early stage. Earlier night sweats are rare but in the later stage it becomes more common and it has nothing to do with your exercising or room temperature.
