A sensitive tooth is a problem that encompasses a majority of people yet no one really looks out for a solution and rather continues to ignore food and drinks that harm their teeth. While escapism is a great and easy thing to do in order to get away from a problem, it’s always temporary in nature. And, something as painful and irritating as sensitive tooth craves for long-term solutions.

Tooth sensitivity is caused when a material inside your tooth, called dentin, loses its protective enamel, called cementum. With the loss of this protective enamel, a tooth is exposed to various extremely sensitive nerve endings which eventually leads your tooth to sensitivity.
