2. Cut Off Sugar Completely

Sugar is the mines of calories. It’s better to avoid any high in sugar food as that will add only more calories to your body and will not suffice your hunger. Instead of stuffing yourself from sugar drinks and beverages, drink juices or eat fruits as dessert. You will notice the changes in few weeks.

3. Drink Plenty Of Water.

When you take weight training, the muscles fibers break into microscopic tears and when you relax your body try to rebuild them. 6. Do Not Consume Alcohol

Do not consume alcohol at all, however, if you can’t follow this rule, then you must make sure that you are taking it in limited quantity. Excessive alcohol consumption leads to extra calories which adds more fat to your body. Also, regular consumption of alcohol tends to lower the levels of your metabolism and growth hormone.
