1. Start Slow For Extra Time.

There are people who like to kick off their running with maximum speed. Don’t do that. Don’t run too fast, instead run slow and cover maximum distance you can. It helps your body to adapt the extra physical activity you did. It will strengthen your legs, torso, arm muscles, and most importantly it will help your muscular systems to function more efficiently.

2. Plyometric Exercises Increase Stamina

Exercises such as hopping, jumping and squatting include high-velocity movements that contract your muscles rapidly. They improve your running game by increasing your stamina. You can include weights as well with plyometric exercises for better results. They also help you in strength training.

3. Diet Plan Is The King.

Eliminate Oil. That’s a must. You have to keep a tab on your food and include more and more of healthy food. Cut down the intake of carbs and eat more protein. Also, divide you whole day diet into 6 small meals.

4. A Weekly Running Schedule.

Having an everyday running regime is good but setting a goal for a week is even better. every time you will touch the desired results, you will feel motivated to increase the time frame and work hard to achieve that. It will be intense and focused. You will be your competition.

Having the right footwear matters, more than you think. Running footwear are essential as they affect your running. Many brands design running shoes keeping the running style and foot anatomy in mind and they play a great role. With right kind of footwear, you can cover maximum distance under your capacity, whereas a wrong footwear will make you feel less comfortable and exhausted.
