You have to stand in front of a chair or couch. Place your hands on the seat and keep your back straight. Keep your legs out in front of your body. Now start moving downwards, bend your arms and push your lower butt to the ground. Come back to the previous position and repeat. 3 sets of 15 reps will make a huge difference within a week. It will not only work great for your arms but also tone your back. Make sure the chair or couch you are using is at least 2 feet higher than the ground.

2. Scissors

Stand keeping your legs apart and arm stretched sideways. Now bring those arms to your front overlapping left hand by right. The position resembles an open scissor. Comeback to the previous position and repeat. 3 sets every day will burn off the fat.

This is one of the best cardio exercises ever. It is fun, tones your arms fats and works for the whole body.

3. Ball Slams

This is one hell of an exercise. You need a slam ball for this one. Make sure it’s bouncy. Stand with your feet apart and hold the ball. Now slightly bend your knees and lift the ball up a bit lower to your head. Throw the ball down with as much as pressure and catch the ball when it bounces back and throw it again. Keep repeating it for 5 min and stop. Now take rest of 1 minute and start again. Do it for 15 minutes daily and your arms will wave off that extra fat sooner than you thought.
