Winter is here and we all know how lazy it can get, even the Sun decides to take a break. However, this break can make us gain a few pounds if we aren’t including low calorie fruits in our daily diet. Why low calorie fruits?

There are millions of diet plans doing rounds on social media and internet, but how many of them are actually successful? Not even half of them. While they tell you to cut down your diet and include fruits in your meal as fruits are natural munch food packed with vitamins, fiber, and other nutrients that support a healthy diet, they forget to tell you that fruits too can lead to weight gain. In short, if you are not including low calorie fruits in your diet, you are probably not going to lose as much as you have thought.

It is a good source of potassium and makes an excellent appetite for your heart and stomach. It prevents your heart, and keeps the bloating away.
