Processed foods or no processed foods- the risk, according to the leading food experts, is always there for cancer. This is, of course, no ordinary health impairment. Cancer is, as everyone says and believes, the real malady of our times and a great cause of upsets. But then, so much about cancer, experts suggest, is linked to our common food habits.
So when the discussion about- what to eat, what not to eat and all that can up the risk of causing the dreaded disease reaches processed foods- there are instant worries. And, if it could be addressed with an absolute certainty, then concerns.
Apparently, the latest health reports and researchers working in the field of cancer study suggest that the processed foods such as alcohol, bacon and beef can increase the chances of developing cancer. How stunning is that? And that’s not the only worrying sign. The real concern spreads northward when it becomes clear that no matter what amount of alcohol, bacon or beef does one consume, the chances of developing cancer get real.
There’s this widespread global blueprint that’s gaining new legs around the world. And according to this factoid, there’s reason to be concerned, after all.
At the moment, even a small amount of consumption of beer, wine, whiskey, vodka, champagne and other food items, in particular, common templates of the non-vegan food can up the risk of developing cancer in the body, which is never a great news. And that said, efforts are constantly on around the world to share this important finding that is evidently aimed at throwing some caution to the winds. The health bodies in and around the United Kingdom are working to inform the general public about the need to cut down on junk food, which is a particular threat for everyone, assisting the spread of risks associated with cancer.
For now, the Brits have been told to cut down a several food-items such as non-vegan delights including the likes of Bacon or Beef, that are believed to be a constant threat toward the cause of the deadly medical anomaly and has been named out specifically in all global health bulletins. But one also reckons that so much of the misinformed public that only believes in carrying on with what largely becomes usual, customary eating habits- may not still draw anything particularly nervy about these health-findings.
The common culture, around the world, and not just in Great Britain is to make merry alongside food and beverage. It’s a cause of celebration; it’s a removal of dullness in our lives. Let’s solve it with a beer, let’s eat that problem over with some pasta or noodles- are the common food-oriented lingo that the world commonly follows. Doesn’t it?
The F&B culture is amongst the most vibrant themes to a party or a get-together. One wonders, therefore, that just how many people would actually be driven to understand the real threat that lies behind consuming processed food? Even small portions of these are key in increasing the percentage of the body fats that, in turn, lead to an increase in the risk of developing cancer in the body.
In fact, the series of great revelation with regards to food just doesn’t end here. There’s something more the UK food experts have only recently added. Currently, most food experts in England are of the view that the old and seemingly harmless bacon-sandwich isn’t that harmless after all. That there’s ‘nothing really to worry about the bacon sandwich’ is no longer an acceptable reality.
The World Cancer Research Fund, or, quite simply WCRF has now added various forms of cancer to the previous list and this includes- bowel, stomach, breast, oesophagus, liver and throat. And perhaps, no one, whether or not one is an experienced fellow in the field of medicine or nutrition, can really take this news with any sort of comfort. Here is some telling cancer-related statistic:
It has been recently found that cancer afflicts as many as 3.5 million people around the world. That said, there is some food for thought: the cancers of the liver, ovary, prostate, stomach, throat have been added to those of the bowel, breast, gallbladder, kidney, oesophagus, pancreas and womb which are directly caused by obesity. All that told, the only thing that makes some sense now is that ditching the ill eating habits such as bacon or beef is the only wise step to take in order to completely alleviate the chances of developing cancer in the human body.
