Protein-rich yogurt comes in contact with acidic fruit, it diminishes digestive fibers, produces toxins and may even lead to cold allergies.

The combination of proteins in Banana and the carbon dioxide in sprite cause foaming and the foam has only one way out of your stomach – vomiting – and that’s how it comes out.
Lemons are known to block the enzymes that are required to break down cough suppressants, and if they are not broken down then the medicine can build up in the bloodstream, causing various side effects.
Another food combination that might lead you on to the path of vomiting, is that of meat and cheese. Both the food items are rich in proteins and if you consume both of them simultaneously, load of proteins in the body can increase, and thereby increase the protein load on the liver.
There are times when we take our medicines with any available liquid around us, however, doing the same with apple juice and allergy medicines, is not at all advisable. The nectar from apples affects the absorption of the allergy medicine in the bloodstream. Through this, the medicine immediately becomes 70% less effective.
This is another breakfast favourite food combination of many out there, and it would leave you feeling tired the entire day after consuming it. Consuming this combination for breakfast replaces all the proteins and fibre that you need to start your day with an excess of carbohydrates. What this does is that it will kick your blood sugar almost immediately after consuming it, however, it will crash soon after.
