Life is a vicious circle, and you for sure don’t wanna look one. However, our hunger devil keeps popping up to break our resolution to stay healthy and we end up giving in. Be it happiness, the stress of a normal day, junk food is an inseparable part of our lives.

Although, we are aware of the consequences, still for momentary pleasure we compromise our health and gobble down the tasty junk. You already know, it may be not equivalent to a sin but it sure is a crime and to commit it over and over will only leave you with guilt, stress, unhealthy body and fat.
So, for now, take an oath that you will religiously follow the healthy food habit and break the deal with junk food demon. It’s for your own good. Chose these healthy foods over your favorite junk and we bet you will be happy that you did.

1. Craving For Ice-cream? Try Yogurt.

It tastes good, it’s healthy and it leaves your stomach satisfies. You won’t feel the need to eat for a long time. At first, you may find it hard but look at the silver lining, you can include nuts, fruits, and if not that, you can opt for flavored yogurt.

2. Omelette Lover? Switch To Hard Boiled Eggs.

Eggs are flooded with protein. They make the best healthy snack. They stabilize blood sugars, keep your heart healthy and are a great source of vitamins. They may be not as spicy as an omelette but with no oil and a pinch of pepper and salt, they taste better.

3. Use Apple And Peanut Butter For Desserts.

Some people can’t live without having a dessert after every meal. Using apple and a little peanut butter will give you the satisfaction of eating dessert as well as fill your body with energy, nutrients, fiber, and protein.

4. A Candy Junkie? Use Dried Fruits Instead.

They are super easy to carry, all you need is a ziplock. They taste good and keep your sugar/candy cravings at bay. include dried mango, dried apple, dried pear, dried banana, etc. They provide you concentrated nutrients and vitamins, and keep you healthy.

5. Replace Fried Chips With Baby Carrots.

Whether you are working on a project in college or in your office. Sometimes you just need some food to munch on. Now chips are the most popular choice, however choosing baby carrots is better. They provide you nutrients and fiber, and if you want some spice, just add hummus.

It’s big time that you break that unhealthy loop and adopt a habit of choosing healthier food over anything. Remember your body is what you need the most in life and it should be taken care of.
