Lips Contouring Is Rage These Days And Here Is How You Can Do It!

It’s not limited to face only, as lips contouring is also the latest fad. Oh, wait! You thought only plush celebrities were allowed to show off their plump lips with a pretty and alluring contour?
Well, guess what? It’s not. In fact, it’s not the formula of landing your spaceship to the moon that cannot be done at home. Feeling better? Why not? After all lip contour makes your lips look fuller, sexier and you pose a better pout. So here are 5 steps you can make your way to perfect lips contouring at home.
1. Outline

Pick a dark lip liner and when I say dark, I mean lighter than the other shade. You can also use the creme matte crayon lip colors that allow you to draw the neat line. Now trace the outside of your lips following the natural shape or you can choose to outline them as per your desire. If you really want to have pouty lips, go for a deeper shade.
2. Highlight

Now take the light shade and fill in the center of your lips. The combination should compliment each other, else it would like a beauty disaster. You can use nude colors to fill the center as they work with almost every dark shade.
3. Blending.

Now to make it look more natural. Slightly blend both the colors. Remember I said slightly. In the middle, where the both colors are creating the gradient effect you just have to eliminate that.
4. Re-apply

Now you have to decide if you need to re-apply the darker shade or the lighter shade to set the tone or not. Touching up the darker shade will give you a better look though.
5. Finishing Touch.

Now you can always give it a final look by applying a metallic powder. You can either use it to highlight the whole look or you can use a brush and tap it in the center to make it look cleaner.
