5 Reasons That Will Convince You To Never Wear A Bra Ever Again!

Hola Ladies. I am sure you have felt a sigh of relief every time you unhook your bra after returning home. An exhausting day and your ample bosom hanged on a piece of cloth sewed with padding, it’s terrible! You have been told to wear them because your boobs will sag with time because gravity is merciless.

You have been told that a bra makes your boobs look perfectly in shape but…. you know how hard it is to survive wearing them all day long. You have been informed that your nipples might pop up at any time, and believe me all of it is true but not really.

It makes a difference as long as you allow it to make a difference but wearing a bra has more cons than pros. It is unhealthy. Period.

But to draw a clearer picture of what I stated here I have a few reasons that will shed some more light on this “you should not wear a bra” issue.

1. You Can Get Breast Fungus

Sounds ridiculous, isn’t it? But, regularly wearing a bra can create a perfect moist atmosphere that is loved by fungi and before you know it, it could result in breast fungus. I know that you bathe daily and I am not saying that it would happen in a day time but if you are a woman who wears bras to bed, then you are in trouble.

2. It Messes With Blood Circulation

Yes. It does. If you wear a bra with extremely tight underwires, your blood circulation is suffering. The underwire causes your muscles to constrict which directly affects the circulation of the nerves. The worst part is that an extremely fitted bra can hurt your breast tissues as well.

3. Hyperpigmentation

Are you experiencing discoloration, dark spots or uneven skin tone in your breast area? It is the result of Hyperpigmentation. Bras constantly rub against your breasts which cause friction and irritation. It also damages the soft skin of your bazookas.

4. It Makes You Feel Trapped

There is sweat, and heat and side boob and sore nipples and most importantly a constant uncomfortable feeling of your globes tied to a strap that you cannot take off. It just makes the whole day restless and irritating.

5. Bras Are Expensive As Hell!

First, you won’t find a perfect fit and if you are lucky enough to find a perfect fit, it will be ridiculously expensive. Yes, the lethal truth is that bras are pricey and if you talk about the gorgeous ones they are expensive as hell. Ditching them would be a great favor to your bank account as you will be saving a lot.

So ladies, now you know. That padding over you oh-so-natural and beautiful melons is not doing any good, so chuck it and be the bold and fearless you. With or without bra Gravity gets them anyway.

Stay Beautiful. Adios!
