People Are Baffled By This Extreme Cut Out Jeans Being Sold For ₹11,000

Ripped jeans are a big fashion statement and one can easily spot atleast 5 people wearing it outdoors. Not only in the street fashion department, ripped jeans are a big fashion statement on ramps and even among the celebrities. And, while some go for mild and minimal rips, there are some who just go all out with their fashion choices.

For those adventurous fashion breeds, there’s a new thing in town and it could easily be categorised in one of those weird fashion trends being brought out in the market at a baffling price.

An LA-based fashion studio has made these extreme cut out jeans and to be honest, they’re everything but jeans. Hanging solely with the power of mere threads, these extreme cut out jeans are a fashion creation even the bravest of the brave would think twice before going for. But that’s all in our mind because the jeans have already been sold out on the company’s website.

However, that’s not the real news. The real news about this jeans is the price at which it has been sold to the public. This extreme cut out jeans is sold for $168 which accounts for almost ₹11,000. Like what??

These literally-just-the-seam-the-zip-and-barely-any-other-fabric jeans are selling for ₹11,000, all even when it literally covers nothing to be honest. Which bizarre circus are we being pushed into, these days? Not just us, there are a ton of people on Twitter who feel the same way, check out their reactions over here:

Even the people on Twitter can’t wrap their heads around the concept of these extreme cut out jeans and what exactly the designer of these is trying to prove. But then, atleast it has pockets.

This is definitely not the first time (and maybe not even the last) when something this weird is being made and sold by designers. Maybe now designers have stopped creating something nice and are going after the concept of making something extremely bizarre which goes viral and then people just buy it to buy it, and that’s how the designers make money. Funny how psychologically the consumer is being challenged into buying something that they would have never even bought in the first place, had it not gone viral.

Anyways, would you be adventurous enough to get your hands (legs) in it?
