Your body should not consume any high carbs before workout and you need to make sure that you are not skipping any meal or else the results will be slower than ever. This is one of the most common workout mistakes people do. When you follow the same routine every day, your body adapts the pattern and instead of burning more energy it gets used to it. So do not go and follow the same routine, change exercises or number of repetitions or the duration or the intensity of your workout. There is a reason people have different legs and chest days in the gym.
