From past few days and week, people from the army and paramilitary forces are speaking about things that they are going through while working for the country. Till now, two jawans have come out and talked about inedible food and differentiation between the army and paramilitary forces. Another video has come out today, Lance naik Yagya Pratap Singh posted in 42 Infantry Brigade in Dehradun, posted a video of himself where he talked about alleged torture by the senior officials of the army. He talked about how seniors resort to harsh ways if anyone raises their voice against the ill treatment.
Pratap Singh said that he had earlier written a letter to Prime Minister, Defence Minister and the President regarding the ill treatment by the superiors. When the PMO asked about the explanation from the senior officials, they started torturing him to a baffling extent and have threatened them with court martial. He also talked about all the torture he has been going through due to which he was contemplating suicide, however, he has now taken a decision to not go in that direction.

As per Pratap, he has been called up for a court martial earlier this morning, before uploading the video. We don’t know how much of this is true or not, however, all of this can not be taken casually. A strict action is required and that too, as soon as possible.
