Narendra Modi Inaugurated A Super Speciality Hospital In Jammu And Kashmir
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached out to the youth of troubled parts of Jammu and Kashmir and he said that the youth represented a “mini India”. Modi urged the youth to dream to something rather than becoming someone. He dedicated a super speciality hospital on Tuesday to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
While addressing the 5th Convocation of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Modi said that the 21st century belongs only to those who have the power of knowledge.
Modi was there to inaugurate the super specialty state-of-the-art hospital which has 250 beds for the service, this hospital is set up by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board. The hospital is worth nearly Rs.300 crore and is located at Kakryal near Katra.
The facility at the hospital has 20 different streams of medicine and surgery which includes cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, neurology, neuro surgery, nephrology etc.
The hospital is fully equipped with computerised diagnostic and treatment equipments.
At the inauguration of the hospital, Governor N.N. Vohra, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh, union Minister of State in the PMO Jitendra Singh and state Health Minister Bali Bhagat were present. Modi wished the students of the university all the best, especially to the girls who won laurels.
