Lok Sabha Elections 2019 Schedule: Lok Sabha Elections 2019 is just around the corner and once again, world’s largest democracy will cast their votes to choose their MPs which will eventually result in who will sit on the seat of Prime Minister of India. However, in this term’s election, the Janta will give their verdict on the last five years of Narendra Modi government and whether or not they should come back.

Since India is a big and diverse country, the elections can be a bit confusing for the normal people to decode and more importantly to understand when will they be able to cast their votes.

Fret not, we have the entire list of all dates and schedules for Lok Sabha Elections 2019. The elections will take place in seven phases covering 543 constituencies. The first phase is scheduled to start from April 11, which will end by May 19. The results of these elections will be announced on May 23.

In addition to the Lok Sabha Elections 2019, elections for different assemblies will also be held over the course of this time period. These assembly elections will be held for Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and Odisha. The results of these elections will also be announced on May 23.

The major parties contesting in the Lok Sabha Elections 2019 are Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), which is also currently in power, and the Congress.
