1. Pentagon Released The Video Of ‘Mother Of All Bombs’.

After the United States of America dropped their largest ever non-nuclear bomb at Islamic State militants hideout in Afghanistan on Thursday, Pentagon has now released the official video of it. The Afghan Ministry of Defence on Friday stated that 36 ISIS fighters and no civilians were killed in the attack. Mother Of All Bombs (MOAB) weighs around 25,000 pounds and was previously only used for testing.

2. UP Govt. To Cancel School Holidays On Death and Birth Anniversaries.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Government on Friday announced that they’ll cancel holidays in schools over death and birth anniversaries of great personalities. This announcement came on the birth anniversary of Bhimrao Ambedkar. The CM said that the tradition of closing down schools would be stopped, moreover, schools would conduct special programmes on campus about these great personalities.

3. PM Modi Launches BHIM Platform For Merchants.

On the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the BHIM – Aadhar interference for merchant through which they can make payments using just their fingerprints. This was launched at a function in Nagpur, Maharashtra. As per the Centre, this would make online payments easier for the merchants who are illiterate and even those without mobile phones and online wallets.
