In Tiruvannamalai district, three policemen are seen thrashing a man and his son and the video is going viral on social media.
A witness captured the brutal incident on his mobile phone in which you can see these policemen raining blows on a man while his son is trying to save him .
The incident happened in the middle of a crowded market and people watched the family getting assaulted shamelessly. The man names Raja and his son Surya have been assaulted by three policemen while his wife pleaded to relent.

According to the reports, Raja and his wife got indulged in an argument at a public place and policemen came to enquire about it. Raja told them it was a family matter and they would settle among themselves. In spite of listening to Raja’s conversation, those three policemen started beating Raja and his son.
These three policemen – Vijaykumar, Nammazhvar and Murugan have now been transferred.
Raja and his son Surya are being treated at a local hospital. DMK President M Karunanidhi urged police to be more kind and humane towards public and strongly criticised the incident.
