Naseeruddin’s wife is in coma yet he is full of life and hope, waiting for the day when his wife will recover and they will again rejoice the sweet bond of love. On the other hand Kalki’s boyfriend has met with an accident and she has no clue what to do about it. This journey of waiting for things to turn up good led to the meeting of two strangers Kalki and Naseeruddin and they both bond over the feeling of pain that lies in their hearts.
The story of two strangers struggling together and never leaving the ray of hope will dig a special place in your heart. It may not be your story but you will feel deeply connected towards it. “Waiting” stars Rajat Kapoor, Suhasini Maniratnam and Arjun Mathur other than Kalki and Naseeruddin. The movie is directed by Anu Menon and is slated to release on 27 May 2016.
