The trailer of upcoming intense flick “Neerja” is launched and Sonam Kapoor is ready to grab all the attention with her acting skills. Neerja is based on a truly inspirational story of Neerja Bhanot. It is a story of a 23-year-old girl who sacrificed her life to save the lives of 359 passengers, who were hijacked on PanAm flight 73. She lost her life in the process but later she was awarded the Ashoka Chakra for her bravery.
After the disastrous performance in PRDP, it will be interesting to see Sonam Kapoor projecting some real acting on screen. The trailer portrays that the movie has an emotional and gripping story and Sonam is finally looking convincing as an actor. She looks splendid as Neerja Bhanot, which makes it clear that Sonam made a right choice stepping into the shoes of Neerja.
Women like Neerja make the world realize that not every girl is made of sugar and sweet, some are courageous and fearless. With a studded star cast of Sonam Kapoor, Shabana Azmi and Shekhar Ravjiani the biopic drama is directed by Ram Madhvani. Produced by Fox Star Studios and Bling Unplugged the movie will release in theaters on 19th February 2016.
