One way or another, we all have come across the words stoned, high, maal, hash or “M Cream”. Maybe we have experienced the stage or seen these drugs ourselves or we have seen a friend to whom we refer as a stoner. We have watched stoners in the movies but we never came across to one which is solely based upon this concept, at least not in India. Agneya Singh took a bold move when he decided to made a movie that is totally based on a life of a stoner. “M Cream” explores the reality of people who loves to get high and enjoy the tactile senses.
Agneya premiered “M Cream” at Rhode Island International Film Festival in 2014. The movie has been exhibited in many other film festivals and garnered appreciation across the globe. The movie revolves around a group of friends that are out on a road trip to the Himalayas. They are searching for a fictitious hash called “M Cream” on their journey and it ultimately becomes a journey of self-discovery for each of them.
