Cristiano Ronaldo, the name says it all. The Real Madrid sports star is set to be a movie star as well. The Portuguese international released a trailer for Ronaldo’s new film, also called ‘Ronaldo’, which follows his life over a year. The biopic/film shows the life of the Real Madrid man both on and off the pitch.
The Football superstar allowed a film crew to have unprecedented access to his personal and public life over a year, shooting and producing a documentary/film which will be shown around the world.
The trailer shows the dedication of the player to the game and his love towards his friends and family. The film ‘Ronaldo’ allows you to access and meet the unfolded side of Ronaldo as a footballer, father, son and friend.
From its first trailer, the film looks fascinating as it’s not manipulated or fictitious. Ronaldo takes audiences on an intimate and revealing journey of what it is like to live as “Cristiano Ronaldo” the iconic athlete.
The film is shot in Madrid, Lisbon, Madeira, Brazil and the U.S. “Ronaldo” and is produced by Paul Martin. From the makers of ‘Senna’ and ‘Amy,’ the film will celebrate a global release on Monday 9th November.
