“Akira” Trailer: Sonakshi Sinha Appears In Her Most Badass Avatar Ever!!

When the first look of “Akira” was released no one could have guessed what the trailer of the film holds for us but after watching the official trailer you will be speechless as Sonakshi Sinha is playing the most badass woman of Bollywood ever. She has already told that “Akira” is going to be her most action-packed film and we couldn’t agree more.

Apparently, the film revolves around the story of a small town girl “Akira” who was talked into moving Mumbai for higher studies and better career options. There she meets the bad guys of college who try to bully her but what they all don’t know that “Akira” has a dangerous past. That is the moment when Sonakshi reveals her fiery fighting skills and wins our heart. The story continues and “Akira” somehow becomes a part of a  crime and after that her life becomes hell. When she loses the trust of her family and friends, she decides to fight against the criminals. Sonakshi is totally nailing as “Akira” and whoo-hoo those flying kicks can give a serious complex to even Tiger Shroff!!

The cherry on the top is that Anurag Kashyap plays the character of the Baddie in the movie and he pulled it off perfectly. Konkona Sen Sharma plays an investigating officer and she looks pretty convincing in her role too. The movie features Sonakshi Sinha, Konkona Sen Sharma and Anurag Kashyap in key roles.  A.R. Murugadoss directed the movie which is a remake of Tamil film Mouna Guru. The trailer of the movie stunned us and we can’t wait for its release which is on 2nd September 2016.
