“Udja Re” is the latest release from upcoming Bollywood musical ‘Rock On 2’ and it is Single-handedly shraddha Kapoor’s show. She has donned a new rockstar avatar for the movie and we are really impressed by her sheer effort. She has crooned “Udja Re” in her voice as well as performed it and she did it like a true professional.
“Udja Re” is a dance number and Shraddha nailed the performance with her rockstar moves. The song has energetic pop strains that will make you tap your feet instantly and the lyrics of the song are so meaningfully noteworthy. The variations of Shraddha Kapoor’s voice make this song even more enchanting for ears as it has soft notes till the antara and then becomes a rock number. Shraddha Kapoor has crooned some songs previously but “Udja Re” will definitely make her popular in the singing universe.

The meaningful lyrics of the song are penned by none other than ace writer Javed Akhtar. The song has a background score of Shankar Mahadevan’s voice which gives it a powerful base. The music of the song is composed by the famous trio of Shankar Ehsaan and Loy.
‘Rock On 2’ also stars Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli and Farhan Akhtar in lead roles. The movie is directed by Shujaat Saudagar and is releasing in theaters on 11 November 2016.
