“Maahi Ve” Is Boring Yet Sexy Remake Of Kaante’s Version

“Maahi Ve”, from “Wajah Tum Ho”, is the new single from the movie and is full of Zareen Khan’s hot moves. The song is a remake of the popular track “Maahi Ve” from ‘Kaante’ (2002), that starred Malaika Arora Khan. However, in both the numbers, the actresses were seen performing pole dance which was sensual then and now too.

“Maahi Ve” is definitely different from its old counterpart, but as a whole, the entire music video does its job of portraying a hot music number, with an actress in sultry clothes and slow camera angles, in the market. While we all know, that nothing can compete with the Malaika Arora Khan’s version, but Zareen Khan does her job. The music is not too good, but what more can be expected from the movie, where all the importance is given to visuals and the not the lyrics or music. In short, it bearable, you can listen to it when it pops on the radio while you’re driving or travelling in a car.

The song features Zareen Khan, as mentioned above, who moves to the music of Gourav Roshin and the song is sung by Neha Kakkar. The lyrics have been given by Kumaar. You can groove to it if you want to, but then you’ve a much better alternative of going for the old version, which was much much much better than the current one.

“Wajah Tum Ho” would be releasing on 2nd December 2016, and it is directed by Vishal Pandya. The film is starring Sana Khan, Gurmeet Choudhary, Rajneesh Duggal and Sharman Joshi in the lead roles.
