Sonam Kapoor Ahuja Shined Bright On Her First Day At Cannes 2018 Film Festival

Sonam Kapoor and Cannes Film Festival are almost an archetype of each other for people in India. She has been going to the festival for a long time now and continues to woo the fashion circuit with her beautiful and absolutely stunning outfits for the red carpet.

So when the Cannes 2018 film festival started, people were as usual eager to see what Sonam would be wearing different red carpets this year. The excitement for her arrival doubled, considering the Neerja actress recently got married in a Big Fat Punjabi Wedding style to her longtime boyfriend and businessman Anand Ahuja. Her wedding was more than just a gathering of friends and family, it was a Bollywood family where everyone danced and had too much fun.

While other leading ladies from Bollywood went back to home after serving the red carpet with some memorable outfits, Sonam reached the Cannes 2018 film festival yesterday. In the span of one day, she honam ad a total of three outfit change and each and everyone was different in their own sense. But it was the red carpet look that swooned the fashion critics away.

1. The first outfit that Sonam sported for the “resort look” was indeed a bold choice. She wore a polka dot dress by Mother of Pearl with a Bottega Veneta bag and Chloe boots, along with Victoria Beckham big glasses.

2. For the next and main outfit on the carpet, Sonam chose a Ralph and Russo lehenga-dress in an off-white colour and she looked like a dream in it. Mrs. Ahuja indeed looked amazing in this outfit and we can’t take our eyes off of it.

3. The last outfit for the day was an easy breezy dress to the auction dinner for NGO Positive Planet and she went ahead with a Jacques Attali dress. And, she looked stunning to the z.

As day 1 came to an end, we’re eagerly waiting for the second day to roll out and more of Sonam’s outfit.
