RD Burman, also known as Pancham Da to his fans, is one of the most talented music directors to grace the Bollywood and Hindi Cinema. He is nothing less than a legend in the music industry and everyone would admit that RD Burman has his own way with the tunes.
Coming from an equally talented and well-known family, Rahul Dev Burman was the son of SD Burman, a popular music director of the 50s. At the mere age of 9, RD Burman composed his first song which was used by his father in 1956’s Funtoosh.
