This is Kim Kardashian’s first ever shoot for the Indian title of Vogue and she absolutely ruled it. The shoot for the latest Vogue India issue has been done in LA. She is styled by none other than Vogue India’s Fashion Director Anaita Shroff Adajania and her team. The entire Kim K shoot sprawls across 6-pages in which she can be spotted donning outfits by Indian designers such as Sabyasachi, Anita Dongre, Anamika Khanna, Falguni & Shane Peacock, and JADE by Monica & Karishma.
Kim Kardashian was very excited about shooting for Vogue India issue, all because of her fascination with traditional Indian wear. In an interview that she gave to the magazine, Kim K said, “The saris, the jewellery, the clothes—everything was so beautiful! I told my show that we have to figure out how to get to India.”
Anaita did her best when it comes to styling Kim K for the cover and definitely chose something different for the style queen. Rather than going for nudes, something Kim is too comfortable with, as well as, expected to go for, Anaita went ahead with a beautiful Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2017 Couture red dress. Red is certainly something Kim K is not seen a lot in.
