“Heartbeat” Trailer: “Step Up” Makers Are Back But This Time, Especially For Indian Audience

Everyone’s, okay mostly everyone’s favourite dance franchise Step Up’s makers are back and this time their story can be related to every Indian dancer trying to make big. The film has been titled as ‘Heartbeat’ and it has too much in store for the Indian audience.

The Hollywood dance flick is shifting to India’s streets and that too with an Indian male lead and various other actors. While our version of Step Up was ‘ABCD’ and ‘ABCD2’, this film would definitely put Indian dance scenes on Global map.

‘Heartbeat’ stars Amitash Pradhan, south Indian actor, who has already done some big projects in South India, one being with National Award Winner Dhanush in the Tamil blockbuster ‘Vella Illa Pattathari’.

The story seems very clear from the trailer about the guy while trying to make it big in the city, meets an American hip-hop dancer and eventually falls in love with her. Krystal Ellsworth plays the role of the female lead in Heartbeat which has been choreographed by Emmy award winner, Tessandra Chavez and Shampa Gopikrishna who last worked on Bajirao Mastani.

While the release of ‘Heartbeat’ is still not disclosed, we just simply can’t contain our excitement for how the film works out to be.
