Check Out The Fiery Fahrenheit 451 Trailer With Michael B. Jordan

Dystopia is something the world has always been fascinated with after all the genre gives us a peek into the supposed future all of us might be living one day. More often than not, it’s considered to be almost too over the top with its story and picturization, however, the same just can’t be said about the time that we’re living in right now.

This current time and age are considered to be out of a dystopian novel and no one would deny the fact. This particular reason is also behind why more and more production houses are adapting popular dystopian novels into movies and films these days. And, they’re working among the masses, considering Hulu’s adaptation of Margaret Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale.

Now, HBO has jumped on the bandwagon and has released the first Fahrenheit 451 trailer recently. It’s the adaptation of Ray Bradbury’s dystopian novel that stars Michael B. Jordan and Michael Shannon.

The premise of the book is around, how books are illegal now and reading is against the law, and it’s the government’s “firemen” are charged with the ever-symbolic task of burning books. With Black Panther still setting box office records, the timing is just right: Fahrenheit 451 stars Michael B. Jordan, currently on-screen as Black Panther’s memorable, celebrated villain Erik Killmonger, and his role in the new film channels a similar mesmerizing ferocity and idealism.

Jordan plays protagonist Guy Montag, one of the firemen who eventually breaks rank and joins up the resistance against the government’s no-book policy.

However, before the entire flip, Montag definitely loves what he does and he does it effortlessly, and the first Fahrenheit 451 trailer shows just that.
