The makers of “Udta Punjab” launched motion poster of every character of the movie and since then the audience were waiting for the trailer of “Udta Punjab” eagerly. Now the trailer has been launched and it has everything you were expecting. The trailer starts with the lines ”70% of Punjab youth is in drug addict, if this is not stopped Punjab will soon become like Mexico” and these words triggers the fire to watch it further.
The movie stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor in major roles and the story revolves around the issue of Drug abuse in Punjab. The rockstar look of Shahid Kapoor is nothing you have seen before but the character of Alia Bhatt is definitely going to surprise you in every way. The Kapoor And Sons actress is all set to blow your minds away with her acting skills.

Diljit is playing a cop in the movie where Kareena will be seen playing the role of a doctor. The content of the film is so impressive that you will watch it without any cuts and beeps. The movie is directed by Abhishek Chaubey and has a striking story that focuses on the famed Punjabi spirit. The movie will give you an insight of Punjab that is struggling with the problem of Drugs. Udta Punjab is scheduled for a release on June 17th, 2016.
