Shahrukh Khan, one of the biggest Bollywood superstar, has fallen into another controversy and this time he might end up being booked under the IPC section 304 a 2 (causing death due to negligence) as well as sections of Railway Act. Tarun Barot, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Western Railway), in a report filed to the judicial magistrate, that Shahrukh Khan as well as Excel Entertainment Pvt Ltd, the company which promoted ‘Raees’, should be booked for triggering a stampede and chaos at Vadodara railway station on 23rd January 23 that left one person dead. A special TADA court is expected to pronounce its final judgment in the 1993 Bombay serial blasts that involve seven accused, one of them being extradited gangster Abu Salem. Mustafa Dossa, Firoz Abdul Rashid Khan, Karimullah Khan, Riyaz Siddiqui, Abdul Quayyum and Tahir Merchant are the other six accused. They were separated from the main case since they were arrested at the time of main trial’s conclusion in which 100 people were convicted. The dastardly 1993 Bombay Blasts left 257 people dead, 713 severely injured and Rs 27 crore worth of destroyed properties.

As per the White House, US President Donald Trump is going to announce new restrictions on trade and travel policies of Cuba, on Friday. BSE’s Benchmark Sensex was trading higher by 107 points at 31,182.73 during the early trade on Friday due to sustained buying by investors in the automobile, FMCG as well as oil and gas stocks. NSE’s Nifty also gained 30.10 points to trade at 9.608.15 on Friday morning. Indian Rupee, on the other hand, lost the fight against US Dollar and weakened by 15 paise on increased demand for the American Currency by banks and importers. The greenback was valued at Rs 64.68 during the morning trade.
