Rukh trailer is the recent to drop mysterious drama in Bollywood. Presented by the makers of movies like Masaan and Ankho Dekhi, Rukh definitely seems to be an interesting watch.

Mystery drama is a genre that has not been much discovered and fiddled around with, in Bollywood. Even when we get movies that belong to this particular genre, they fail to work in the box office and on the audience (except, Drishyam). A lot of the failure can be constituted on the makers and the storyline of the movie, who is one of the most important driving forces of it. So, when a good maker comes together with a good storyline, we get to experience a great movie that can leave us on the edge of our seats, the entire time. And, by the looks of Rukh trailer, this might be one of the best mystery-drama movies.

Rukh comes from the great minds of makers who have previously worked on movies life Waiting (2016), Masaan (2015) and Ankhon Dekhi (2013). This stands out as how Rukh is one of the children of content-driven cinema which is gaining quite some popularity among the audience, now.

Apart from a stellar star cast in Rukh trailer, it’s the story that will catch your attention. A gripping tale of a son looking out for the reasons behind his father’s death in an alleged accident, Rukh trailer shows how amazing cinema can be without all the over-the-top-elements of Bollywood.

In an interview of Atanu Mukherjee, writer-director of Rukh, he said that Rukh was an intimate portrait of a family in flux and it has been inspired by some real-life characters and events. One can understand from the Rukh trailer that the movie seems to be as close to reality as possible.

Manoj Bajpayee plays one of the lead in Rukh trailer and apart from him, there’s Adarsh Gourav, Smita Tambe, and Kumud Mishra.

Rukh is slated to release on 27th October.
