‘Nil Battey Sannata’ showcases a sweet relationship between a mother and her daughter. The mother is a house-maid and she doesn’t want her daughter to follow her footsteps. She wants her to make a bright future of her own but when the daughter questions her mother’s identity, she decides to educate herself and the chase of mother-daughter dreams begins.

The role of mother is played by Swara Bhaskar and Ria Shukla is playing her daughters role. The movie also features Pankaj Tripathi and Ratna Pathak Shah in important roles. ‘Nil Battey Sannata’ is going to be a path breaking movie. Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, the movie will release on 22 April 2016 in theaters.
