We all have been through a phase in life where we lost friends, the reasons can be harsh or simply the idea of lack of time. However, the pain and missing are eternal, the time often takes us away from our loved ones but us not trying to mend that gap is a problem on the next level altogether.
This short film ‘Ek Dopahar’, featuring Huma Qureshi and Gauhar Khan, is simply full of surprises. While in the search of an old friendship (more like a relationship), Huma met Gauhar and their meeting came with a huge surprise as well as a shock. However, an end to something old came with a start of something new.
The most refreshing thing about this movie is the raw and real acting by both the actors who seem to portray their true and amazing side to the audience. Their acting won’t seem like an acting which is always amazing for a viewer. Check out the movie and have your mind blown away.

‘Ek Dopahar’ has a rather open ending which a viewer can take in his own interpretation, and endings like these are always fun to watch because then you’ve this freedom to create your theory about it.
