Dhadak Title Track Is So Mesmerising That It’ll Move Your Soul

Dhadak is one of the much-awaited releases of 2018, not just because of the big debutants related to it but also because it’s a remake of National Award Winning Marathi movie – Sairat. Anyone who has watched Sairat can easily tell you how amazing the movie was, and more than anything, how mesmerising the music of Sairat was. Ajay-Atul, the music director duo, were the men behind Sairat’s music and it swooned and continues to swoon the audience, till now.

Karan Johar, the producer of Dhadak, was keen on recreating the musical magnificence of Sairat in Dhadak which is why he went with Ajay-Atul to work their magic again. And, with the release of Dhadak title track, we can definitely say that they are successful in recreating the epicness of Sairat’s music for Dhadak.

Dhadak title track was also in the backdrop of the trailer of Dhadak and audience were quick to notice how brilliant it sounded and now that we have a full-fledged song out, we can state the same, again.

The visuals of the song show Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattar’s characters’ journey of falling in love and various cute scenes of the two romancing each other.

Dhadak Title Track: Watch The Video Over Here:

The title track is a brilliant combination of mesmerising music, beautiful lyrics, and melodious vocals, which why the song stays with one for a long time after listening to it. The lyrics have been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya and the vocals have been given by Ajay Gogavale and Shreya Ghoshal.

While talking about the song to the Indian Express, Ajay said, “Dhadak Hai Na” is a completely new composition, but it was made with the same thought of creating something epic. Like Sairat, the music of Dhadak has the quality of being cinematic and dramatic. It’s made on an international soundscape and when listeners hear the theme song, I think they will feel the depth and the scale of the composition.”

Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Dhadak is all set to release on July 20th.

In case you fancy listening to the title track of Sairat after the Dhadak title track, then here it is.

Both the songs are melodious and visually appealing. While Sairat’s track had a rustic and realistic feel to it, Janhvi and Ishaan starrer is glossier but then that’s what one automatically expects from a Karan Johar project.
