‘Dangal’: Do You Know How Sakshi Tanwar Ended Up Being Aamir Khan’s Wife?

‘Dangal’ is just a few days away from its release and people can not stop talking about it. The trailer, songs, fitness video or what not, we have seen quite a lot before its release but somewhere in between, we all were wondering that how did a TV actress (A really popular one) ended up in ‘Dangal’. It’s not we are saying that Sakshi Tanwar is any less talented but we all know that Aamir Khan is very particular about who is he paired with? (we can’t deny that he never worked with Twinkle after Mela flopped)

So how did it happen? Well, it was Aamir Khan himself who recommended Sakshi. Yes, that’s true, apparently, Aamir’s mother was a Sakshi Tanwar fan and ‘Mr. Perfectionist’ was eager to see if she will be able to do justice with the character of Daya Kaur. Where Aamir was recommending her to the casting team, Sakshi had no idea that she will be a part of Aamir Khan’s movie. What happened when she got a call for the audition? Watch yourself.

We have seen her delivering perfect dialogues in many TV shows and there is no doubt that she stunned the director Nitesh Tiwari and other team members with her exceptional performance.

Till now we have seen her appearance in tits and bits but we are eagerly waiting to see her own the movie as Daya Kaur. ‘Dangal’ is releasing on 23 December 2016.
