“Azhar”, the movie is already the hot topic of Bollywood. Emraan Hashmi’s latest training video made “Azhar” quite popular and everyone knew that the trailer of the movie will be out soon. The makers have released the trailer and Emraan Hashmi will remind you of the golden days when Mohammad Azharuddin played for India. It is no surprise that he has been the most scandalous and controversial Captain of India but at the same time you cannot deny that he was a brilliant cricketer.
The trailer tells us that the story is about how a cricketer who loved India more than anything became the scammer who was indulged in match-fixing. The movie features Prachi Desai as Azhar’s wife and the story of the movie revolves around the real life incidents of popular sport star Azharuddin. The movie showcases the highs and lows of his life. The former cricketer has been talked many times but this is the first time you will get the insight of his inner world. You will see him getting married, having an extramarital affair with a famous movie star, getting accused for match fixing and cricket scandals. Curious yet?
Emraan Hashmi is starring as Azhar and the movie is studded with a star cast that includes Prachi Desai, Nargis Fakhri, Lara Dutta and Gautam Gulati. The movie is directed by Tony D’souza and it will be the first time that the world will know the story of the “Azhar” from his private opinion. The movie will be opening in theaters on 13th May 2016.
